Mr. Sandhu has moved up in various positions in his career; from Records Clerk to Senior Corporate Paralegal at well known Bay Area law firms to Corporate & Securities Attorney at one of the largest law firms in the world, including working as in-house Corporate Counsel to software and hardware companies in the Silicon Valley.

Mr. Sandhu has worked on all sorts of legal tasks such as incorporating corporations and LLCs, financings, mergers, acquistions, IPOs, including working on software licensing and trading agreements, SaaS and PaaS agreements, business partnership and distribution agreements, including non-corporate matters such as real estate, employment, litigation, compliance and immigration law.
